HOLIDAY REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for ordering your holiday feast with Pig Beach BBQ.

See below for our heating instructions for all mains and sides. Happy holidays!

PRIME RIB

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 1 hour

Preheat Your oven to 350 Degrees

Remove the Steak from the Plastic and place onto a roasting pan or a baking tray with a rack.

Roast for 20 Minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 125-130 Degrees.

Remove the Steak from the oven and allow it to rest for 5 Minutes. 

Slice and serve with Warm Beef Jus and Horseradish.

SPIRAL CUT HAM

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 1.5 hours

Preheat Your oven to 325 Degrees

Remove the plastic from the ham and remove the glaze container and the can of ginger ale.

Pour half of the glaze over the ham, slightly separating the spiral slices so that the glaze falls into the center of the meat of the ham.  Pour ½ Can of ginger ale into the bottom of the baking dish w/ the butter. 

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes basting occasionally with the pan drippings. 

After 45 Minutes remove the foil and pour on remaining glaze.  

Increase the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes uncovered, basting occasionally to set the glaze.  

Remove from the oven allow the ham to rest 10 minutes then pull apart, slice and serve with pan drippings.

SMOKED TURKEY BREAST


REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 1 hour


Preheat Your oven to 325 Degrees

Remove the Plastic from the Turkey leaving on the Foil and Butcher Paper then place onto a baking tray. 

Warm for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 125 Degrees.

Remove from the oven then unwrap the Foil, slice and serve.  

Drizzle with Championship Mustard BBQ Sauce and Garnish with Pickles and Bread or Make a sandwich.

(Note-Turkey is Fully Cooked and only requires gentle warming.)

SMALL SIDES Heating Instructions


REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 45 - 50 minutes


Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.

Reheating takes Approximately 45  - 50 MINUTES*

*If your oven is full, items may take longer


STUFFING / MASHED POTATOES

Remove the plastic wrap and the Plastic lid from the pans. 

Cover with Aluminum Foil and place on a baking tray and transfer to your oven.

Warm for 30 minutes or until the Internal Temperature Reaches 120 Degrees. 

Transfer to specific serving dish and enjoy!


GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

Remove the plastic wrap and the Plastic lid from the pans. 

Cover with Aluminum Foil and place on a baking tray and transfer to your oven.

Warm for 30 minutes or until the Internal Temperature Reaches 120 Degrees. 

Transfer to specific serving dish Top with Crispy Onions and enjoy!

LARGE SIDES Heating Instructions


REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 45 minutes - 50 minutes


Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.

Reheating takes Approximately 45 MINUTES - 1 HOUR*

*If your oven is full, items may take longer

Cover with Aluminum Foil and place on a baking tray and transfer to your oven.

Heating instructions for Sliced & Cut BBQ

We find at Pig Beach BBQ that one of the best ways to reheat your BBQ is in the Microwave.

Simply take your Pound of meat, wrap it in plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until warmed through.  All of the BBQ is completely cooked so you only need to warm it.  If your microwave is large enough you can place multiple proteins in at a time, you may just need to adjust a minute or two to accommodate.


SLICED BRISKET

Wrap the sliced Brisket in plastic wrap or place on a microwave safe plate covered with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until warmed through.


PULLED PORK

Place the Pulled Pork in a Microwave safe bowl covered with Plastic wrap and heat on high for 3-4 minutes or until the pulled pork is warmed through.


BABY BACK RIBS

Wrap the Ribs in Plastic Wrap of place on a microwave safe plate and cover with foil. Heat for 3-4 minutes on high or until the ribs are warmed through


SMOKED TURKEY BREAST

Wrap the Turkey in Plastic Wrap or Place on a microwave safe plate covered with plastic wrap and heat on high for 3-4 minutes or until warmed through.
